Dear Parents,

Research shows a dramatic fall off in retention of math facts and skills over summer vacation. In an effort to help our students retain and refine the mathematical skills they have worked on this school year, the Crossroads College Prep mathematics department has created Summer Math Problem Packs. The amount of time needed to complete these packs is minimal, but the benefits derived from the consistent practice will be measurable. Students should complete these problems over the summer, and bring their completed packs with them to turn in on the first day of school for their first homework grade! Completion of these Problem Packs is absolutely mandatory, and late work will not be accepted! Your help in implementing this program is greatly appreciated.
